Memberships are the only commissionable item. Sam's Club reserves the right to deem items/exclusions available for cashback. We have been a member for 15+ years. We will now shop at other places & not refer others to Sams Club as a great Shop.com partner store. Too bad for Sams --- Diminishing returns for them because of an unsound business decision. When memberships are the only commissionable item, there is no reason for them to be a partner store on Shop.com "

"As a Partner Store with shop.com and because they pride themselves on the highest quality and standards, an UnFranchise Owner would expect to take part in consistency with a company like Sams. Especially since they offer so many products in one place. I've been a Member for years, and was expecting to maintain my membership, but there is no IBV for any purchase or Cash Back for Preferred Customers. Not sure why we keep Sams as a Partner and there's no benefit, but cut ties with Target because they wouldn't provide more IBV or cash back."

1 out of 5 star rating. "I am very upset. Spent over $1,000 at Sam's Club and it does not count towards the shopping annuity. This is not good at all. Why are they a partner store.... where is the partnership benefit?"

It turns out that Sam's club does not give cash back (which I don't really care about) nor do they give IBV unless they decide to (which is inconsistent).
