This spray is giving me fast relief for sore muscles and joints. It absorbs right away, very light fragrance that goes away almost immediately. Great addition to Isotonix Magnesium.

I can't really tell how this compares to other Magnesium sprays because the perfume smell is too strong for me to use.

Good for my aching gluteus medius

I still ride my bike everyday at 77. In the AM I can have aching your thighs. Sometimes it wakes me up. Spraying the magnesium can help. It doesn't replace taking magnesium internally but it's been a quick fix when I have that ache.
